Before First Use:

• Rinse thoroughly with cold water.
• (If boil-and-bite): Follow molding instructions provided with your mouthguard.

Daily Cleaning:

• Rinse with cold water after each use.
• Brush gently with a toothbrush and mild soap (not toothpaste, as it can be abrasive).
• Allow it to air dry completely before storing.

Storage:

• Keep in a ventilated case (preferably with holes for airflow).
• Never store in direct sunlight or a hot environment (like a car), as heat can warp the shape.

Disinfection (Weekly):

• Soak in a solution of water and antibacterial mouthwash or use denture/retainer cleaning tablets for 5–10 minutes.

Do Not:

• Don’t use hot water to clean or rinse.

Replacement:
