Easy Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products within 30 days from the date of purchase as follows:
Store Credit - COST $0
We generate a return label for you. Once the item(s) are are received at our warehouse, we generate a gift card for the amount of the item(s) you are returning including shipping if it was paid on the original order, up to $6.
Refund - COST $5
We generate a return label for you at a cost of $5. Once the item(s) are are received at our warehouse we will credit back your original payment method for the amount of the item(s) you are returning excluding shipping if it was paid on the original order.
You may use chose to send the items back to us at your own cost but make sure to include your RMA number in the return.

No Restocking Fees
We will not charge a restocking fee as long as the products are in original packaging, not damaged or abused, and returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
If products are damaged or abused, we may refuse the return or charge a restocking fee at our discretion.
Custom Orders
Custom orders may not be returned. If the item(s) arrive damaged, customer must contact SLEEFS within 7 days of receipt so it can be replaced.
Shipping Protection
Protect your order from loss, damage, or theft! If you have purchased our Shipping Protection and your order is lost, damaged and stolen, we will immediately re-ship a replacement order no questions asked!
Visor Orders
Visors with signs of use or scratches are no longer returnable. Once you attached the visor to the helmet you can potentially scratch it so make sure not to use/attach it if you will be returning it.
International Orders
For International orders, SLEEFS does not provide return labels. Customer must ship items back at his/her own cost.
