We provide the return label. After the returned items arrive at our warehouse, we issue a SLEEFS gift card for the eligible item value. Original paid shipping may be included up to $6.

ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD

Refund

$5

We provide the return label for a $5 fee. After the returned items arrive, the eligible item value is refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are excluded.

Prefer to ship it yourself? You may return the package using your own carrier, but your RMA number must be included with the return.

How the Return Process Works

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee when products are returned within 30 days of delivery, remain in their original packaging, and have not been damaged or abused.

If an item is damaged, abused, or returned in unacceptable condition, SLEEFS may refuse the return or apply a restocking fee at its discretion.

Custom Orders

Custom orders cannot be returned. If a custom item arrives damaged, contact SLEEFS within seven days of receipt so the item can be reviewed for replacement.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is designed to protect eligible orders from loss, damage, or theft. When a protected order qualifies for coverage, SLEEFS can arrange a replacement according to the applicable protection terms.

Visor Orders

Visors showing signs of use or scratching are not returnable. Attaching a visor to a helmet can cause scratches, so do not install or use it when you are considering a return.

International Orders

SLEEFS does not provide return labels for international orders. International customers are responsible for shipping eligible returns back at their own cost.
