Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking experienced professional outside sales people with exceptional telephone skills, a strong Business-to-business sales background and superior closing skills. We offer a competitive starting package including a base salary plus Commissions, car allowance, gas card, expense reimbursement and internal advancement opportunities. 

Must be able to travel within a specific territory and work from your home office.

You will be mostly focused on selling custom sports apparel, team-wear apparel, uniforms and  accessories to:

  • Youth clubs, leagues, organizations
  • Middle and high schools
  • Colleges and Universities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Generating new leads by proactively cold calling on prospective clients.
  • Travel throughout assigned territory and visit existing and prospective customers to solicit orders.
  • Obtain some order procurement over the telephone.
  • Manage and build on assigned accounts to ensure customer needs are identified and supported.
  • Follow up and resolve customers concerns and offer suggestions.
  • Attend industry trade shows, display product samples and act in the best interest as a brand ambassador of the company.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotes and customer contracts according to company directives.
  • Achieve annual sales goals for territory.

Education and or Experience:

  • High school diploma required and some college preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in sports apparel¬†sales.
