Stockroom Assistant
The Stockroom Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of our warehouse and stockroom. This role involves receiving inventory, organizing products, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with order fulfillment. We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
- Accurately record inventory transactions.
- Verify shipments and report discrepancies.
- Maintain organized inventory and stockroom procedures.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Label, package, and organize products.
- Prepare work orders, pick tickets, and inventory documents.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and warehouse materials.
- Assist with additional warehouse projects as needed.
- Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- English proficiency required.
