Class of 2023 corner Richard Murray II transfers to Dade Christian
After playing his first two seasons of High School football for Pembroke Pines’ Somerset Academy Panthers, Class of 2023 defensive back Richard Murray II has officially transferred to Dade Christian High School.
“A physical press man corner that plays invites competition and plays hard nose football. He should have an immediate impact on a trending Dade Christian football team.”
The 6-foot cornerback was on multiple teams radars, but finally settled on attending Dade Christian. Murray II will immediately add a hard nose and physical personality to a team that has seen it’s stock rising as of late under head coach George Stubbs.
Dade Christian will look to have a strong season behind productive players like Murray II, three-star wide receiver prospect William Fowles, FAU offered athlete Giovani Adopte, FIU offered linebacker Rashad Henry and numerous other young talented players.
Murray II will look to solidify his role on the team during the summer circuit, before the team officially starts its 2021 season against Carol City on August 20th.
